200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

Join Olga Palladino, Erika Mehiel & David Marshall for an in-depth exploration of the foundational principals and practices of Yoga — physically, philosophically and energetically.
The Five Pillars 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a powerful and transformative step on your Yoga journey. As you invite this deeper level of study and integration, you’ll uncover layers of your own practice that will enrich and inspire your life, and you will develop the tools needed to safely and authentically teach from a place of embodied experience.
Over the course of the training you will learn the history of Yoga and explore its philosophical tenets. The Five Pillars of a Total Yoga Lifestyle will serve as tools to bring these ancient practices and philosophies into you and your students’ lives today.
The Summer Immersion is ideal for students who are inspired to teach yoga,
as well as yogis who want to advance their practice and learn about yoga philosophy & lifestyle.
This training is open to all students seeking to develop personally or professionally.

This is a Yoga Alliance Accredited Training.
Upon successful completion of the program you will be qualified and eligible to become a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
Olga Palladino – ERY-200, YACEP
Olga co-founded Five Pillars Yoga in 2015 and has been teaching Vinyasa in NYC and the Hamptons for the past 10 years. She is the creator of Five Pillars 360˚, a signature class drawing upon the each of the five pillars for a multi-dimensional vinyasa experience. Olga is known for her creative & progressive sequencing and signature core activation sequences, combined with targeted hands-on assists that help students achieve greater depth and stability in their postures. Olga applies the ancient teachings of yoga with the realities of life today, her classes are rooted in strength, humility & humor.
Erika Mehiel – ERYT-500, YACEP
Erika specializes in Yoga Therapeutic Essentials, drawing on the practices of Ayurveda, TCM and Aromatherapy, as well as the latest research in neuroscience. She is the creator of AromaNidra, a member of the Drugless Practitioners of America and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Erika earned her 500-hour certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica under Brahmanand Don and Amba Stapleton with advanced trainings in Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, Ayurvedic, Restorative & Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Erika is passionate about an elemental approach to wellness and an inquiry-based approach to the practice of yoga.
David Marshall – RYT-200
David specializing in alignment-based Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. David is passionate about intentional-sequencing, empowered flow and steady breaths. With two Reiki attunements and Level II certified in Thai Yoga massage, he offers strong yet nurturing assists. He is a recent initiate to Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahansa Prajnanananda. David continues to train and study with his primary teachers Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, and proudly serves as studio manager at Five Pillars Yoga.
Special Guest Faculty includes Miles Borerro, David Regelin, Laura Cresci and Joe Miller, a premiere anatomy & physiology specialist. This stellar teaching staff will share their expertise in yogic philosophy, hands-on assists, inversions, philosophy, anatomy/physiology, pre-natal yoga and more.
Created for students who want to learn to lead in a shorter period of time, the Summer Immersion is structured to be completed over the course of 17 intensive days. This format allows students to experience profound consistency and a “deep dive” into the powerful practices of yoga. Sessions will meet during week days from morning through evening with scheduled breaks.

program will run 8am-6pm, except Weds 8am-8pm
All Sessions will meet at our Water Mill Studio unless specified.
A willing heart, a curious mind, and the desire to deepening your Yoga practice as a step towards
actualizing your personal and/or professional goals.
It is recommended that you have been practicing consistently for one year leading up to the training.
All applications will be considered.
Yoga Alliance standards mandate a strict attendance policy. Your attendance is required at all sessions. Makeup sessions are limited, available case-by-case, and will incur a fee outside of program costs (approx $250 time-dependent). Maximum number of hours you can miss and make up is 16

• Regular Tuition Cost – $3900
• Application deposit – $250 – payable via link on the application page.
Deposit is non-refundable if accepted into the program.
Upon acceptance into the program, deposit will be applied to tuition.
Deposit will be returned on applications that are not accepted.
Payment Plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
Tuition includes unlimited yoga at the Five Pillars Studio for the duration of the program
as well as the course manual and certificate of completion.
You will also be responsible for purchasing additional required texts.
