Five Pillars is now offering a customized Mentorship Program designed for graduates of 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings who are looking to refine their teaching skills, knowledge and confidence. Over the course of the 50-hour program, you will work with your Mentor to identify areas for deeper study – including language and cuing, assists, sequencing, anatomy, and more. Explore your unique passions and gifts, and develop the knowledge and experience to refine your teaching style and find your niche.
Successful completion qualifies Mentee to be considered for Five Pillars training program assistant position in 200-hour or advanced training modules.
This 50-hour training can be applied to your Five Pillars RYT-300 Certification.

The Curriculum Includes
- • 5 one-on-one developmental meetings w/Mentor – 1 hour each
- • 2 Assists Labs w/mentor – Workshop & Understand Key Assists – 1 hour each
- • 2 Asana Labs w/ mentor – workshop key posture(s) – 1 hour each
- • 12 hours assisting mentor in the Class setting
- • 10 hours of practice in mentor’s class or mentor-approved teacher’s class
- • 8 hours of class observation in mentor’s class or mentor-approved teacher’s class
- • Prepare for and have the opportunity to teach 1 hour Community Classes (Approx 8-12 classes over 3 months, assigned on a mentee-by-mentee basis)
- • Creation, review & revision of 4 signature sequences w/ feedback from Mentor
- • Rolling Journal assignments assigned by Mentor
This is a Yoga Alliance Accredited Training.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive 50 hours toward your 300 hour certification.
Meet The MENTORS
Olga Palladino – Olga is an ERYT-200 certified Yoga teacher and YACEP. She co-founded Five Pillars Yoga and is a Co-Director of the 200-Hour YTT. She has been practicing since 2002, and undertook her teacher training with Isaac Peña at Sanakalpah School of Yoga. She continued with advanced training under Colleen Saidman & Rodney Yee at Yoga Shanti. Olga has been teaching yoga in New York and the Hamptons since 2009, specializing in dynamic and creative vinyasa, rooted in strength, humility & humor.
Erika Mehiel – Erika is an ERYT-500 certified Yoga teacher and YACEP, specializing in Therapeutic Essentials, Restorative and Yin practices. She is a member of the Drugless Practitioners of America and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is a Co-director of the Five Pillars 200-hour YTT. She practiced for about 12 years before pursuing her teacher trainings under under Don Brahmanand & Amba Stapelton at the Nosara Yoga Institute, mentoring for numerous YTTs there. Erika is passionate about an elemental approach to wellness and an inquiry-based approach to the practice of yoga.
David Marshall a 300hr Yoga Teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. He teaches a well-balanced vinyasa flow with Iyengar-inspired alignment, and loves working with beginners. David is Reiki attuned and Level II certified in Thai Massage. Whenever appropriate, he incorporates props and restorative elements. David is a senior mentor for the Five Pillars 200-Hour YTT, and also proudly serves as Studio Manager at Five Pillars Yoga.
This Mentorship Program is structured to fit into your active professional and personal life. You will work with your mentor and related materials for 50 hours over 3 months. We are striving to create a flexibile schedule so this program can seamlessly integrate into the demands of every-day life.
Graduation From a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with RYT-200 Certification

Deposit is non-refundable payable upon acceptance into the program.
Upon acceptance into the program, deposit will be applied to tuition. Payment plans are available.
Tuition includes free attendance to all required classes, as well as teacher’s discount on all regular classes.
You will also be responsible for purchasing 1-2 additional required texts.
