Elena Brower is an internationally-renowned yoga teacher, author and speaker. Influenced by several traditions including Katonah Yoga, Para Yoga and Kundalini, she is recognized for her combination of physical alignment and the Art of Attention — also the title of her first yoga workbook, now translated into 5 languages. She is the founder of Teach.yoga, a virtual home for yoga teachers worldwide, she has contributed to the Huffington Post, Origin, Mantra and has been featured in Yoga Journal, the New York Times.
