We’re thrilled to welcome Elena Brower back to Five Pillars for a nourishing evening practice! A teacher for nearly two decades and a leader in the yoga community, Elena has come to embody intention and heart in her teaching and life.

Elena will offer a comprehensive sequence for your body and mind, to savor your strength, then find a place of deep rest.



~ Elena offers yoga and meditation as a way to approach our world with realistic reverence and gratitude.

~ Don’t miss this delicious open-level class, designed to appeal to and inspire your practices of self-compassion.

~ Students can expect a well-aligned flow, contemplative spaces and a meditation to recalibrate our remembrance of ourselves.

Elena Brower is an internationally-renowned yoga teacher, author and speaker. Influenced by several traditions including Katonah Yoga, Para Yoga and Kundalini, she is recognized for her combination of physical alignment and the Art of Attention — also the title of her yoga workbook, now translated into 5 languages. She is the founder of Teach.yoga, a virtual home for yoga teachers worldwide, she has contributed to the Huffington Post, Origin, Mantra and has been featured in Yoga Journal, the New York Times.
