As the winds of the season kick up around us, and the energy of the city picks up pace, take a moment to ground and center yourself – body, mind and spirit – to flow through the season with ease and stability. Kristin Bilella’s Vata-Balancing Fall workshop will take you on a powerful yogic journey, leaving you feeling strong, nourished and full of clarity. 
 

In this Seasonal Workshop we will sink into Fall and cooler temperatures, releasing any excess heat from summer. During Vata season our minds can be very scattered, our energy can become depleted and staying balanced can be difficult.

 

Self care is essential- so come and let yourself be pampered and cared for as we shift away from summer into fall and beyond. 

 

Through grounding Vinyasa, Ayurvedic tips, aromatherapy, restoratives and reiki we will immerse ourselves in the season with a renewed sense of grounding and stability.

Kristin is a 200-hour certified Laughing Lotus vinyasa yoga teacher. She’s also continued her studies through trainings in Restorative yoga, Ayurveda, and 75-hours at Kula Yoga Project. She brings a true love of the practice along with a place for you to find your personal style and inner self. She offers many group classes at various gyms and studios around NYC including Five Pillars as well as corporate and privates classes, seasonal workshops, and retreats! Kristin’s intention is  to  bring fun and play, passion, and self-care into her classes so each student can have their own personal experience.
