What could be better for summer than working on that bikini bod in a playful, powerful and holistic way? Think fast paced and creative yoga sequencing coupled with ab-blasting core work, inversions and arm balances. Your plank pose might include running in place, you might pulse in chair pose for some thigh-busting squats, and you might donkey kick the feet and legs up and back into Down Dog.
You’ll really have earned that relaxation at the end of class!
And while all that yummy, sweaty flow will likely trim, tone and sculpt your physique, Heidi’s teaching is firmly rooted in the healing powers of yoga. Her own practice helped her recover from an old injury that left her with herniated discs and broken vertebrae.
As a result, Heidi places a priority on alignment plus she offers more gentle variations. But remember, CrossFlowX is a more challenging class, with the results to match, and so some yoga experience is recommended.
