 Ready to see the world from a new angle?

Whether you are new to the inversion practice or looking for new challenges with your existing inversion practice, Lauren will guide you through two hours of skillful instruction dedicated to these poses.

We will focus on the foundations of the inversion practice, including alignment principles, and go through each of the three main inversions in a step-by-step manner to help alleviate fears of going upside down. Students who are comfortable with their inversion practice will be offered variations so that they too can continue to deepen their practice.

Benefits of inversions include stimulating circulation to your head & brain. Stimulation of the nervous system, toning the skin and full-body strengthening.


Prior yoga experience is encouraged but not required.
