Miles is an x- skater, horseback rider, actor, real estate agent, and rocker turned yoga teacher. He was born in Sao Paolo and was raised in Bogotá.
He’s an avid student of a broad scope of yoga modalities and philosophies including vinyasa, astanga, Iyengar, tantra, pranayama, kriya and bhakti yoga. He also has a wide background in anatomy, thai massage, cranio-sacral therapy, and functional movement. A complete body, breath and spiritual geek.
His teachings spark from his personal practice over the past sixteen years which weave all these modalities together incorporating live music. The result bridges the wisdom of this ancient science of yoga making it approachable through a dynamic, creative, challenging and sweaty though lighthearted practice that offers you space to be exactly where you are.
His passion is creating a sanctuary that inspires a more embodied, compassionate and brave community of humans. Our practice is the training ground where we come home to ourselves and fulfill the potential of our deepest nature, our dharma.
He’s been incredibly fortunate to learn from some of the greatest masters of our time: Raghunath Cappo, Yogarupa Rod Stryker, Tom Myers, Ana Forrest, Schuyler Grant, Judith Lasater, Rusty Wells, Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band, Yogi Charu, Alan Finger, Hugh Milne and too many countless others to name.
