Created by Studio founder Karen Mehiel, this class is a true expression of the teacher’s own creative practice. Sculpt & Flow is 75 minutes of invigorating body conditioning, core work, Vinyasa yoga and deep stretching, all about BREATH, BODY & MIND. 


A well-rounded blend of invigorating vinyasa with targeted body conditioning, The Sculpt & Flow  Experience will take your practice & your body to the next level.  You’ll flow through an energetic fusion of arm work using light weights, glute and leg toning, and targeted ab and core work. A creative, curated playlist will carry you through 75 empowering minutes… leaving you with an incredible endorphin rush.

About Karen

Karen co-founded Five Pillars Yoga in 2015 and teaches vinyasa in NYC and the Hamptons. She is known for her signature Sculpt & Flow class, inspired by her love of music and movement. The class was designed to lengthen, tone, unleash inhibitions and to empower the body and mind. She created the flow with enough space to allow for intuitive moves. And it is her hope that people walk out with an endorphin rush that energizes their life outside of the studio.
