Nina began practicing yoga when she was 16 after a clavicle break left her upper body tight and constricted. Through yoga, Nina experienced the healing and physical benefits of the practice. She began an exploration of the body and mind through her 500-hour yoga teacher training, Reiki and meditation practices and studies of nutrition at NYU. Nina’s class will guide you through an energetic, fluid and creatively inspired sequence of yoga poses to build heat and warm the body, isolated muscle movements to encourage strength and support the asana practice and stretches to cool down, relax and open-up the body and mind.
