Are you ready to release stagnation from the never ending winter and enter the warmer months with space, expansion and amazing energy? Kristin Bilella’s Kapha-Balancing Spring Cleaning workshop will take you on a powerful yogic journey, leaving you feeling purified, light and full of clarity. You will be invited to use the power of intention to let go of what no longer serves you, and leap into spring and summer with renewed energy and purpose.


This Seasonal workshop will indulge your senses with aromatherapy, a Spring Cleaning asana practice, and helpful tips to stay balanced during the transition from early spring to late spring and summer.


Enjoy a fun and energizing flow designed to cleanse the body and open up stuck energy channels left over from winter. This vinyasa experience will conclude with deep restorative postures and relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and ready to pursue your life with purpose.


In this 2-hour workshop you will go on a powerful (and fun!) journey to detox and cleanse the many dimensions of your being. Align with the season to create the space and intention so you can open to whatever spring has in store for you this season and beyond!

Kristin is a 200-hour certified Laughing Lotus vinyasa yoga teacher. She’s also continued her studies through trainings in Restorative yoga, Ayurveda, and 75-hours at Kula Yoga Project. She brings a true love of the practice along with a place for you to find your personal style and inner self. She offers many group classes at various gyms and studios around NYC including Five Pillars as well as coporate and privates classes, seasonal workshops, and retreats! Kristin’s intention is  to  bring fun and play, passion, and self-care into her classes so each student can have their own personal experience.
