THE SETTING

Three Suns Retreat Center is set amid the rolling sand dunes, lush forest and sprawling farmland of the East End in Sag Harbor. Settle in to the rustic simplicity of low-key Hamptons beach style. Lounge in one of the overstuffed couches, curl up by a fire or doze out in the gardens.

Double Occupancy rate is for a shared room. Ideal for friends or family participating together. If you are traveling solo and would like to try to utilize the double accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with another solo traveler, if available. Five Pillars cannot guarantee this rate for solo travelers.

About Us

 

Olga Palladino, ERYT-200, YACEP

Olga co-founded Five Pillars Yoga in 2015 and has been vinyasa in NYC for the past 10 years. She is known for her creative and dynamic flows and powerful core activation sequences, along with masterful hands-on assists that help students go deep into postures. Olga applies the ancient teachings of yoga with the realities of life today. She earned her 200-hour YTT from Sankhalpa Yoga Institute and has completed advanced training with Colleen Staidman & Rodney Yee of Yoga Shanti.

 

 

 

Erika Mehiel ERYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP

Erika has been teaching Yoga Therapeutic Essentials for the past five years. She draws on the practices of Ayurveda, TCM and Aromatherapy, as well as the latest research in neuroscience, to create classes designed to inspire, inform and empower. Erika earned her 500-hour certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica under Brahmananda Don and Amba Stapleton with advanced trainings in Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, Ayurvedic, Restorative & Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

 

 

David Marshall, RYT-200

David is a 300hr Yoga Teacher specializing in alignment-based Vinyasa, and therapeutic Restorative. David is passionate about intentional-sequencing, empowered flow and steady breaths. With two Reiki attunements and Level II certified in Thai Yoga Massage you are sure to appreciate his strong yet nurturing assists. David continues to study with his primary teachers Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, and proudly serves as Studio Manager at Five Pillars Yoga.
