 THE MENU


Chef Huma Naeem will be creating fresh, vibrant and delicious spa cuisine, formulated for maximum cleansing and nutrition. Huma is master with herbs and spices, and brings a modern take to classic international dishes. Each vegan, gluten free meal is a detoxifying delight for the senses.

Our cleansing menu includes juice, tea, coffee to start the day; a hearty “brunch” after morning practice; crudite, nuts and fruit as needed; and a delicious dinner to end the day. Guests can participate fully or supplement with meals locally.

Cobb Hill is a luxury residence tucked away on a quiet lane just outside the town of Southampton, providing a serene sanctuary for our retreat weekend. Enjoy the pinnacle of Hamptons style as you lounge in one of the plush sitting rooms, curl up in front of the fire in your bedroom or doze out in the garden. The Residence is just a short bike ride or drive from the Southampton Beach or the charming town of Water Mill.

About Us

 

Olga Palladino, ERYT-200, YACEP

Olga co-founded Five Pillars Yoga in 2015 and has been teaching Vinyasa in NYC and the Hamptons for the past 10 years. She is the creator of Five Pillars 360˚, a signature class drawing upon the each of the five pillars for a multi-dimensional vinyasa experience. Olga is known for her creative & progressive sequencing and signature core activation sequences, combined with targeted hands-on assists that help students achieve greater depth and stability in their postures. Olga applies the ancient teachings of yoga with the realities of life today, her classes are rooted in strength, humility & humor.

 

 

Erika Mehiel ERYT-500, YACEP

Erika has been teaching Yoga Therapeutic Essentials for the past six years. Drawing on the practices of Ayurveda, TCM and Aromatherapy, as well as the latest research in neuroscience, Erika creates classes designed to inspire, inform and empower. She is the creator of AromaNidra, an immersive aromatherapy and restorative Nidra class experience. Erika earned her 500-hour certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica under Brahmanand Don and Amba Stapleton with advanced trainings in Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutics, Ayurvedic, Restorative & Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

Rates are per person and include:
– All yoga classes, scheduled wellness talks and associated informational materials, asana labs

– 3 nights’ accommodations – check in Thursday afternoon, check out Sunday midday
– Brunch: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
– Afternoon Snack: Friday & Saturday

– Dinner: Thursday, Friday & Saturday

 

A non-refundable $250 deposit will secure your reservation and room choice. Program fees non-refundable within three weeks of start date. Full-refund in the event of studio cancellation.

 

* Rate does not include transportation to the Residence, bodywork appointments and other elective activities offsite
Double Occupancy rate is for a shared room. All rooms have one bed (either queen or king) except the Value Rooms which have trundles – ideal for friends or family participating together. If you are traveling solo and would like to try to utilize the double accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with another solo traveler, if available. Five Pillars cannot guarantee this rate for solo travelers.
