Dedicated yogis are always looking for new and diverse ways to challenge the body, tap into new dimensions of the Right Movement practice and discover sustainable ways to advance the practice. Mobility and strength training should go hand in hand.

In this workshop David will lead a practice designed to uncover new depths of personal power with functional strength, flexibility and endurance exercises.

Learn exercises that will build a strong, integrated, resilient, and mobile body, with faster, more sustainable, results than a typical yoga practice.

We will explore how to use your own body’s weight to build extra-ordinary strength and usable range of motion, a healthy compliment to the mostly passive stretching of yoga asana.

Expect to work, laugh, eat, pray, and love!

David Regelin is one of New York’s most in-demand teachers. A student of Katonah Yoga founder, Nevine Michaan, his teaching centers on the body’s own sacred geometry. He is renowned for his powerful advanced practice, precision instruction and masterful hands-on assists.
