Dedicated yogis are hungry for experiences that tap into the many dimensions of yoga. The Complete Yoga Experience will include pranayama, a traditional asana practice, chanting, meditation, and yogic philosophy, including Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and Vedas.

In this 2 1/2-hour workshop, Corey will guide participants to discover new depths of their yoga practice by making the ancient philosophy of yoga accessible in the present day. Be prepared to #GoDeep into the eight limbs of yoga in this experiential workshop designed to celebrate the multidimensional self.

Beyond the asana practice, there are new realms of yoga that will help you balance your yoga lifestyle this Spring.

Corey will seamlessly weave together Right Movement, Right Breathing, Right Relaxation and Right Intention.

To top it all off, there will be an Ayurvedic meal at the end to support Right Nutrition!

COREY DE ROSA is the owner and director of Tapovana Ashtanga Healing Center in the beautiful beach community of Sag Harbor, N.Y. Corey discovered yoga as a means to rehabilitate a serious back injury from a life of physical fitness, soccer, snowboarding and, of course, decades of conditioned behavior and thinking. After 3 years of experimenting with different forms of yoga, Corey discovered the ancient wisdom hidden in the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Soon after experiencing the overall meditative healing effects hidden in the even breath and rhythmic movement of Ashtanga, Corey was inspired to explore the full potential of this system by pursuing the practice and study of Ayurveda, Sanskrit, Vedic chanting and ultimately, Meditation. Corey brings a broader understanding of the Ashtanga yoga system as a means to heal physically, mentally and spiritually in order to live up to our full potential as humans.
