 THE SETTING

About Us

 

Olga Palladino, ERYT-200, YACEP

Olga co-founded Five Pillars Yoga in 2015 and has been teaching Vinyasa in NYC and the Hamptons for the past 10 years. She is the creator of Five Pillars 360˚, a signature class drawing upon the each of the five pillars for a multi-dimensional vinyasa experience. Olga is known for her creative & progressive sequencing and signature core activation sequences, combined with targeted hands-on assists that help students achieve greater depth and stability in their postures. Olga applies the ancient teachings of yoga with the realities of life today, her classes are rooted in strength, humility & humor.

 

 

David Marshall, RYT-200

David is a 300hr Yoga Teacher specializing in alignment-based Vinyasa, and therapeutic Restorative. David is passionate about intentional-sequencing, empowered flow and steady breaths. With two Reiki attunements and Level II certified in Thai Yoga Massage you are sure to appreciate his strong yet nurturing assists. David continues to study with his primary teachers Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, and proudly serves as Studio Manager at Five Pillars Yoga.

Rates are per person and include:
– 2 yoga classes per full day + 1 on arrival day & 1 on departure day
– 5 nights’ accommodations
– B, L & D each full day + dinner on arrival & breakfast on departure

– Optional Add Ons – off site dinner, spa services, excursions & additional activities

* Rate does not include airfare, transportation to/from the airport, bodywork appointments and other elective activities

*Maya Tulum will happily arrange group or private shuttles to and from airport, depending on arrival itineraries. There will be a shuttle available – this will be arranged with Maya Tulum upon booking

Double Occupancy rate is for a shared room. Ideal for friends or family participating together. If you are traveling solo and would like to try to utilize the double accommodation, we will do our best to pair you with another solo traveler, if available. Five Pillars cannot guarantee this rate for solo travelers.

*$500 deposit to reserve your spot with $250 nonrefundable up to 2 months in advance. Full-refund in the event of studio cancellation.
