Thai Yoga Massage combines gentle yoga poses with assisted stretching and massage along energy lines that run through the body.

Bring a partner to this fun yoga-meets-bodywork experience! In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn the history of this sacred healing practice and its  Ayurveda and early Buddhism.

David will introduce the fundamental principles of Thai Yoga Massage as well as several postures and compression techniques. Plus a 20-minute sequence that students will learn and practice on each other… tons of massage time!

This ancient technique has many benefits including:

* Deep physical and mental relaxation

* Increased energy levels and mind-body connection

* Greater circulation and lymphatic flow

* Improved flexibility and range of motion

* Relief for pain and muscle tension

David Marshall is Level II certified in Thai Yoga Massage from Lotus Palm School, also trained in Reiki and Kolaimni Etheric Body Massage. He is a 300hr Yoga Teacher specializing in Therapeutic Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative. David proudly serves as Studio Manager at Five Pillars Yoga.
