Saturday August 5th
Location: Water Mill
It’s an honor to welcome senior teacher Eddie Stern to Five Pillars! Join Eddie for a weekend immersion into the practice and philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga through a series of asana practices, lecture, and Q&A.
The workshop held at our Water Mill studio in the Hamptons this August will provide a special opportunity for those passionate about Ashtanga or those curious about Ashtanga to practice with a longtime student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga. Eddie practiced with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois from 1991 until his passing in 2009, and now studies with his grandson Paramaguru R. Sharath Jois.
